* 2 can abalone ( I mix between jumbo n medium size )
* 4 pcs whole Chicken thigh
* 20 dried shiitake mushrooms (soak water n keep aside 500 ml the mushrooms water)
* 6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
* ginger (finely sliced)
* 7 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
* cooking oil
* 1tsp salt (or to taste)
* 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
* 1 tbsp chicken seasoning powder
* 350 ml water

Steps :
1️⃣ Pour the oil into a pot, when hot turn the heat to medium and add the garlic and ginger in to cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant
2️⃣ Turn the heat back up to high and add the chicken, follow by mushrooms. Stir fry them for couple mins. Add the abalone in and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Pour in the oyster sauce, salt, sugar and chicken seasoning powder and mix well.
4️⃣ Pour the mushroom water and water in (total 850 ml) , stir and bring to a boil.
5️⃣ Pour in the Shaoxing rice wine and mix well. When boiling, turn the heat down to low-medium and simmer for minimum 2 Hours.
