Ordered V1 and V2 at the same time and this came a week after V1.

1) Kouign Amann: was in V1 too, but this was wayy crisper. The flavours were similar as before - light, not oily nor too sweet, and the bursts of buttery flavours were enjoyable.
2) Choc Laminated Brioche: liked the diff textures from the fluffier brioche & flakier pastry. The choc, sour fermented cherry & sweet dulce de leche balanced each other out.
3) Smoked Cruffin: a pretty pleasant smoky taste, with a light lemon meringue and the cream (I think it tasted like chestnut?) was good.
3) Seaweed Tart: V interesting! The seaweed tart base had a subtle seaweed flavour and wasn’t crumbly, working well with the pistachio frangipane. The baklava pastry parts were soggy, would have been much better had they been crisp.
5) Canele: was in V1 too, but this was less eggy and the vanilla/cardamom flavours were more pronounced.

Tldr: a better experience than the first. Might repurchase the KA or cruffin if they do pop-ups! But still, had expected more - if it’s that pricey it should have been more impressive.
