Whole chicken breast lightly marinaded with spices as the main star in this quinoa bowl. This serving of quinoa was refreshing as it came with bite sized chestnut and remnants of vegetable stem as well as some beans. Also in this bowl was a fresh side of naturally sweet pumpkin resting on a bed of greens, all without any seasoning or sauce. This bowl was overflowing with flavours that emphasised the natural tastes of the individual ingredients, which somehow came quite nicely together.
