[Gashouse Eggs-$13] The epitome of comfort food- warm, runny eggs baked in a thick, fluffy brioche thats generously topped with melted cheese 😍 Remember to ready your cameras for that #yolkporn the moment you slice into the toast 💯 The soft and fluffy brioche mopped up all that eggy goodness perfectly and I liked how the crusts of the brioche was so crisp!

Also loved the side of bacon jam, though I did find the pastry that it came atop a tad too dry for my liking!

P.S. had a rather unpleasant experience at the end of my meal where we were rushed to vacate our seats (one staff actually came over to ask us if we were done with our meals and that she wanted to move us to outdoor seats to continue our conversations) when a few of my friends still had not finished their drinks.
