This was one of my favs! The kingfish collar was meaty and oh-so-juicy and I just love digging around looking for pockets of flesh. But best of all was that garlic chilli sauce! 😝

Bright and fresh, this chilli lifted this dish up a level of shiokness and goes well with almost anything else on their menu too.
