The first cafe we checked out this year, and it is a promising one. We checked out Baristart Coffee which officially opened at Tras Street today. The brand hails from Hokkaido and this is their first overseas outlet!

Here’s the Shiro Kuma Hokkaido Shaved Ice, one of the desserts on the menu (though the coffee is the other highlight). Go easy on the syrup if you prefer it to be less sweet, otherwise the milk ice cream should impress, made from a special Brown Jersey cows’ milk!
