This ring shaped pasta was served with Iberico Pork sautéed with parma ham, broccoli πŸ₯¦ & peas in mint olive oil & topped with parmesan!⁣
Mint is a big NO NO for me, however as the dish was really savoury & of quality, for the first time I concede defeat and gave in to the mint taste so that I don’t forgo the entire forest 🌳 The dish will be perfect for me without the use of mintπŸ˜‚β£
