It's abit strange to me that it was served on top of a HUGE portion vegetables stir fry with corn, chickpeas and tomato as it tasted very chinese. I didn't touch the veg after trying a taste of it, the western style salmon just doesnt seem to match the veg. Very much prefered the previous way that they served it, with a generous serving of lemon butter. Please bring it back! I hope š
