Reposting one of my all time favourite fried oysters. It’s not the crispy sort, slightly wet, sometimes very wet, the flavour in this fried oyster is just amazing.
It is not shown in the menu, but you could also request for the “wet” version to compare. It is like fried oyster soaked in really good broth.
.
Personally i always tell the uncle to fry it longer for me. 😉
Some of you probably have seen me posting about this place umpteen times.
.
Do take note that they have changed their opening hour to 8pm now and will end at midnight!
Do follow their FB page for updates on their operating hours.
I hope the uncle who is doing the frying will get his arm treated so we can get this delicious fried oyster for longer time!
