Caught off guard by the bitterness from the brandy collected right at the bottom of the glass, I was not prepared for the boozy surprise at the end. Spiked with apricot schnapps, Alley on 25's Vanilla Soft Serve ($12) isn't your typical, old-fashioned dessert.

Impressed by the milky sweet base, the ice cream was sooo good. The crisp love letter served together was also a nice touch with it adding a great texture and fragrance. Furthermore by marrying the delightful tangy-sweetness of the fruits (mangoes and raspberries) with the cool creamy-smoothness of their vanilla soft serve; the components as a whole spells the perfect after-work indulgence!
