Everything in the bowl was so good, delicious sliced Wagyu and those shaved truffles. Even the rice was so tasty, especially when everything was mixed together.
Their pork belly wrapped in tamago was unique, so was Uni caviar Onsen egg. And there was this sweet corn tempura with Uni. Who would have thought of that? Absolutely yummy taste and texture.
Do not miss their baked sweet potato for dessert. It was done to a semi-dry texture with that caramelised-like bite while retaining the moist meat underneath. With the vanilla ice cream, it was The dessert to end our meal.
