Take a tried and tested product like burgers,and unabashedly make it better. A quick glance at the menu shows that they’ve done their research. In this age of Instagram 🙋 and health conscious diners, it’s no surprise to see that their interior and the naked bunless burgers are featured prominently on social media.

However this post features none of the above. The Kase and Speck ($16) features a deliciously juicy, perfectly cooked beef patty topped with aged Cheddar Cheese and salty smoked bacon. A classic combination, its nestled comfortably in a multi grain bun (it was excellent btw, the other option is a sourdough or naked), my only complaint was directed at myself for not ordering a double patty. •
In three words: Beautiful space, delicous
Will I return: Yes! 
Pro Tip: Their set lunch comes with a side and a choice of drink for a $5 supplement to the burger.
