𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 ($8; 3 ⭐️) - unfortunately their version missed the mark - it was dense, heavy, with a faint cheese flavour that was overpowered by the milk and cream. The cake also lacked the ‘burn’ that we associate in a ‘basque’ cheesecake.
