How often do you get to see farm-to-table kinda concept in Singapore? I can’t seem to remember what was the dish called on the first pic so I will skip to the next one β€” Tempura Jurong Frog Legs. These lovely legs were wrapped with a thin layer of tempura coating and half dipped into a bowl of Malay style curry. This was a starter and I honestly wished it was a main so that I could eat along with rice instead of pita bread.
