The Tonsoku ($13++) was pretty ordinary to me. Kind of like a Japanese rendition of 卤肉饭 (Braised Pork Rice), the combination of braised pig trotters with a runny egg on a bed of rice was nothing to shout about... But it could be in part because I'm not a 卤肉饭 fan. Don't shoot me. I love noodles4eva.
