With a name like “Fat Cow”, you can be pretty sure this restaurant can satisfy your beefy cravings. Situated in a slightly “rural” area of Orchard, @fatcowsg is a Japanese inspired steakhouse that serves a luxurious selection of the finest Wagyu beef cuts from all over Japan. With your preferred choice of beef, you can customise your Fat Cow experience by choosing from a variety of Japanese preparation methods - Shabu Shabu, Sukiyaki, Hobayaki or the popular Sumibiyaki (Charcoal-grill).

With that glorious marbling, the meat had a melt-in-your-mouth texture which will surely win your heart. Although it was lacking in the smokiness department, the luscious textures and burst of flavours made up for it. Between the two, I highly recommend ordering the Nagasaki A5 Striploin for maximum pleasure 😋.

P.S. Almost died of hunger after waiting more than an hour for the food, but thanks @fatcowsg for the complimentary “The Fat Rice” to fill us up 😂.
