Miso Broiled Ora King Salmon served with Hijiki Seaweed rice,Ikura and Japanese Pickles.
The Salmon cooked perfectly and flavourful, the rice,ikura and Pickles compliment the salmon very well.
Tarte Au Chocolate (+$10).
The base tarte quite hard, the filling was rich,silky and chocolaty.
