The most well known dish from Merci Marcel is none other than the Ravioles de Royans. Essentially ravioli but le French version, the dish is consists of a ravioles dumpling pasta filled with Tête de Moine cheese.

Available in both a small and large portion, I immediately regretted getting the small portion. While it was quite unseemly when it was served as it was looking pretty small, it packed a punch with each savoury bite and literally blew my mind away. Creamy and delectable, I'm left asking "Can I have some more, sir?". Honestly, how can something taste so good!
