From Summer Hill, which takes over the former spot of The Tiny Roaster at Sunset Way — the place serves up affordable French cuisine in the neighbourhood with no service charge or GST. The menu here is limited to a few items; seemingly carefully curated, featuring only Croque Monsieur, Poulet Roti and a Pork Collar dish alongside pastries and bakes on the menu.

Really liked the Croque Monsieur which would make a really good brunch item to have; toasted bread that's crusty, yet light and fluffy that's a little garlicky with a hint of cheesiness and mustard, the textures gel well together with how the ham is substantially thick and provides a good bite when had together with the other elements going on in here. While the Croque Monsieur is a commonly available dish that is served in cafes that offer other brunchy and eggy items, this is a version that is certainly not only refined, but seem to carry finesse in its execution with attention to detail.
