Shockingly, I preferred this to the Duck Confit Tagliatelle. This was one delectable bowl of slurpy goodness. With an option of white wine or red wine for the sauce if this pasta, I went with white wine and did not regret it! (I am sure red wine would do good as well though) The sauce of this pasta was flavourful, with a combination of white wine, garlic, and chilli padi mixed together, giving a tasty, not-too-salty, slightly-spicy and an overall light, pleasant taste in your mouth. Very unflattering to say, but I gobbled this plate of spaghetti up instantly, and because this pasta was more to the wet, gravy side, I inevitably caused a messπŸ˜‚ there was also a generous amount of crab meat, and guaranteed to have some of that luscious flesh of meat in every scoop of your spaghetti. Would come back for this, even thought I would definitely come back to try their other delicious looking dishes on their menu!
P.S. you can upgrade the type of pasta to tagliatelle for $3!
