Pappardelle was done slightly softer than al dente but still had a nice bite to it. The wagyu beef ragù was not what I expected, thought it’ll be more tomato ish. It has a beefy smell but it wasn’t off putting, quite soft but it would have been nicer if it wasn’t ground beef. They add mascarpone cheese & parmesan cheese which gave a nice blend of flavours! Thought it was a nice pasta dish but it’s not my fav, I still prefer the classic tomato based ragu with shredded meat!
