I loved the tempura fish for its hot and crisp exterior yet tender and succulent flesh. However, i must say that the dish did not manage to live up to its name and barely had any hint of mentaiko in it.
Also, perhaps they could have paid more attention to the plating of the dish? It is a tad messy as you can see.. not very photogenic and triggers the OCD in me hahah😅 *Get one for one main dish using #burpplebeyond ! Available on the entertainersg app too*
