友達の希望で2016年にミシュラン1つ星を獲得したチキンヌードルのお店の2号店へ。

本店はチャイナタウンコンプレックスのホーカーにあるのですが、こちらは独立した店舗で、店内も涼しくて、ホーカーのように並ばずに食べられます。

値段はこちらの方が倍くらいするそうなので、どちらを取るかですね。

席は開店直後にも関わらずほぼ満席状態で待たずに座れましたが、お客さんは絶えず常に満席状態でした。

ファーストフードのようにはカウンターで注文して番号札をもらって、店内にあるモニターに番号が表示されたら取りに行きます。

Soya Sause Chicken Noodle $6

確かにお肉が柔らかくて美味しいんですが、ミシュランを取るほどかな？というのとこれで$6はちょっと高いかな？というのが正直な感想です。
わたしにはちょっとソースがしょっぱいかな。

ミシュランを取ってるということで期待値が高かったせいもありますし、美味しくない訳ではなくて美味しいんですよ。

実際友達は美味しいと喜んでいました。

周りを見渡すと圧倒的にチキンライスを頼んでる人が多かったので、次行くことがあればチキンライスを頼んでみようと思います。

あとポークリブのスープをセットで頼んでる人も多くて気になりました。

500円以内で手軽にミシュラングルメが食べられるので、あまり期待し過ぎずに(笑)食べに行ってみてください。
