Visited the establishment on a late Morning evening. Pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes but most importantly the deckle steak cooked medium rare. Seasoned to perfection on this marbled cut of meat, the balance between the charred exterior and fattiness from the Wagyu shines through and through .
