They are very instagram-friendly and immensely popular, but I don't think they are one of the best in Singapore, despite the crowds.

They make solid enjoyable ice cream; both the 𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮 and 𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼 had a good amount of flavour, particularly the gula melaka, which went very well with their waffles' good mix of fluffiness and crispiness.

However, after visiting them a few times at different outlets, I felt their offerings are stranded on the periphery of true greatness. For example, I wished their pistachio could follow Apiary with a stronger fragrance and could be creamier (hahaha). But it's a great solid option to have for ice cream.
