If there was a dish that everyone at the eatup all agreed was good, this was it. A dish like Har Cheong Gai (prawn paste chicken) may seem simple, but when done right the taste is delicious. And oh boy, Orh Gao’s rendition of Har Cheong Gai was excellent; the meat was so juicy and skin was very crispy, each bite was filled with umami goodness. A great bar snack to have with their craft beers on tap.
