Enjoyed the catch up today with my longtime friends from the first job. It just feels so different and relaxed when we can just talk about anything and not have to think first before speaking ❤️. Counting my blessings to have met some really good colleagues-turned-friends along the way 👯‍♀️.

So here is the restaurant's must-order signature duck. Using condiments from the Eight Treasures Box and a wheat wrap, we made our own popiah with some of the duck breast and the crispy duck skin. Thereafter, the rest of the duck meat/ bones was cooked into another dish, fried with good old salt and pepper.
