Wan He Louโ€™s signature is this Teochew style lobster porridge. The lobster was fresh and cooked just right, in a very comforting savoury broth that had hints of hua diao wine. We had the small size and the portion of rice was huge. Would be cool if thereโ€™s options to add a couple more ingredients into the broth to zhng it up further! The bigger sized lobster of ~700g goes at $65.
