Chilled egg noodles, orange-chilli dressing, black sesame vinaigrette, coriander

I am usually adverse ordering cod as I prefer the Asian style of preparation for fear of being served an overcooked and dry fish.

To my surprise, the cod came moist, soft, flaky and buttery all at the same time. All thanks to the tedious preparation and thoughtful marination using sake, honey and miso. Not forgetting the amazing side here - egg noodles, which was really fine and delicate, exuding refreshing citrus notes to lift the buttery flakes of cod.
