Woahhhh even though my favourite gyu don is not in Singapore. This was pretty damn good. The “zhup” from the aburi-to-cook beef floods the rice, the sous vide-d onsen egg was perfecto! Every mouthful very flavourful with the soft n fluffy sushi rice. Now i gta keep going back to finish up the burpple beyond vouchers before they become full price 🙃
