This lovely dish is the appetiser in The Jetty's (Southbank) “Winter Chef Series" menu which is unfortunately ending today. This series of menus created by the head chefs of Stokehouse Q, Aquitaine, Popolo, The Jetty and Cove Bar & Dining is to celebrate the best of Queensland produce. The theme for this series, 15th–26th August '16, is “QLD Salad Bowl” and participating restaurants are offering a 2-course menu + drink at just AUD$45.
