Big 160g slab of augus beef striploin smeared with caramelised sweet onion jam then sandwiched between Japanese fluffy milk bread. Every sando is freshly prepared upon every order to ensure quality.
While this is one of their main seller, I didn't find itย  wonderful enough. Meat is definitely rare, hard to chew but the service staff says maybe its due to the tendon and not juicy enough. That being said, the sauce and bread are the one making it better.
Will be good if they can ask how well your steak want to be will be a better option.
