Ordered the pork ribs with bourbon sauce (comes with 2 sides, straight-cut fries and cajun rice) and the a grass-fed flat iron steak with 2 sides as well (cornbread and asparagus). I must say both dishes are cooked perfectly! The pork ribs were literally fall-off-the-bone tender and the thick slab of steak was cooked evenly! The sides were also amazing - my favourite was the cornbread!
