The search is over ... you were with me all this while .

I find that it is increasingly challenging to find old school cakes and brownies these days .

And I really squeal with delight when I find a place that serves up a good ole brownie .

I have had brownies that were either too sickeningly sweet or chewy ( like you were eating uncooked dough) or extremely dry and hard.

The homemade brownie by breko won brownie points 😍from the time that it was served up .
The presentation was so alluring . From the huge scoop of quality creamy vanilla ice cream ( no icy artificial walls type ice cream ...) to the little mint leave that adds a distinctive and refreshing flavour to the ice cream and that pool of chocolate sauce that the brownie sits in .

I would say that the brownie was actually closer to the texture of a flourless chocolate cake - incredibly deep in a dark chocolate flavour and really not too sweet at all . Served warm , the brownie was moist and the chocolate bits within the brownie just melts apart in your mouth.

Just as I am writing about this , I feel like getting back there now to dig my fork in 😜

Hands down , the best brownie for me so far ....
