As a slightly more casual extension to their existing “Salt” brand, @salttapasandbar brings an Australian twist to a traditional tapas bar, offering high standard of food, wine and service. Overlooking the famous Raffles Hotel, patrons can go alfresco for a more romantic dining experience (if the weather is good 😂).

It was certainly a tasty marriage of sweet, buttery and savoury flavours. If I had to find something to nitpick about, it would be that the grilled skin wasn’t crispy enough.
