A Donburi shop started to catch my eye with their selection of Salmon Don and their famous Truffle Wagyu Don. Talking about the Truffle wagyu don, it would be one of the better beef dons that I've tasted in a while. Soft and tender beef that melted in my mouth, with a splash of Truffle sauce. Combine with the onsen egg, it brought joy to my mouth on the first bite. Soft and fresh tasting salmon, I would definitely be back for the salmon!
