If dinner is the time of the day to kickstart your desired feasting, look no further than the Edge’s revamped Dinner Buffet (starting from $39 per child and $78 per adult). The lineup from the lunch buffet will be given an enhanced upgrade in the seafood presentations and two new live stations will be opened to offer a selection of 8 different kinds of classic Double-boiled Soups and a theatrical display of Teh Tarik and Cendol with Durian Ice Cream. Furthermore, to whet your appetite before the mains, you can indulge in a variety of amuse bouche such as Truffle Scented Green Soba and Unagi with Confit Potato. The revamp also includes other dishes made available on the dinner buffet line which will definitely appeal to diners as they can savour food cultures from other nations but in a single location.
