After about two decades here, their prime rib remains juicy and naturally juicy. That could be due to the cow's corn diet. Moreover, each standing roast is aged for up to 28 days to heighten tenderness, before being slow-roasted on beds of rock salt. This forces the juices inward and ensures the meat is uniformly juicy and flavourful.

And for Valentine's Day evening, their famous prime rib is included in a 6 course menu specially created for that evening, consisting of:
1. Foie Gras Macaron, Grilled Spanish Octopus, and Smoked Salmon with Avruga Caviar;
2. Lobster Bisque with Hokkaido Scallop and Ikura;
3. Dungeness Crab Salad;
4. Yuzu Sorbet with Mint;
5. Choice between: a) Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef with Lawry’s Yorkshire Pudding; or b) Platter of Baked Cajun Lobster Tail with Tobiko, Miso Salmon Steak and Carabinero Prawn with Arbequina;
6. Manjari Chocolate Praline Dome, Häagen-Dazs Tiramisu Mochi Ice-cream and Strawberry Mousse.
Every couple will also receive a bottle of Ruffino Moscato d’Asti (750ml) for takeaway, and a Digital Photo to remember the evening 💕 🔸
