Naga Viper pepper is labelled as "World's Hottest Chilli" in 2011 according to the Guinness World Records. It gives a ping to the taste buds then leave a burning sensation on the tongue and throat. This is probably my first and last time but definitely a joy for chilli lovers. I have also tried some of North-East Indian Cuisine that is not commonly found in Singapore. Dishes which include Wahan Mosdeng (Prawns), Singju (Lotus Stem), Aneshi-Akini khulo (Lamb). North-East Indian Cuisine has ended last Sunday and I'm really lucky to catch it. .
