You get to choose between 3 types of waffles, buttermilk, charcoal and yuanyang (in picture). Then you choose the gelato scoops, flavours and toppings after that. They have a wide variety of gelato flavours and we liked the Thai red tea and peanut butter gula melaka (in picture) quite a lot!
