Dropped by the place on a weekday night with a friend. Was really excited to be there as I had never tried Russian food before. We got a total of four dishes to share — the shuba (salted herring salad), the chebureki (pan fried puffs, we got two— one beef and blue cheese, one mushroom and cheese), the 12 piece pelmeni combo platter (dumplings!) and the medovik (Slavic honey cake).

For first-time visitors, I would definitely recommend getting the dumplings combo platter as then you’ll get to try all the different unique flavours of dumplings that are available there! For people who love sweets, I would definitely recommend the honey cake.

Overall, would definitely recommend this place to people who are curious about cuisine from other cultures, or even just as a general place for people to grab a bite with friends. With all the unique dishes available, it would also be a great place to visit with a group of friends so that y’all can order more dishes to try and share. Would definitely visit again just to try all the other items on the menu!
