With a sprinkling of spring onions and sesame seeds, it made the dish stare right in your face.

The dry version presented in a plate instead of a bowl, which made it looked tremendously appetising. Common ingredients you find in every yong tau foo stall. I had chee cheong fun (the plate behind) with it and so glad it came separately. A common dish, no doubt.
The star component was the spicy chilli with a good kick on the palate. Dont like the heat? Go for the soupy as the broth was flavorful and sweet. ▫▪
I had to walk a couple of rounds to locate the stall due to a construction right in front of the coffeeshop. If you intend to visit, it is next to the Catholic Centre and walkable from Bras Basah MRT.

Address is Blk 261 Waterloo Street
