Dong Nan Wanton Mee 東南雲吞面 (#02-04) had lovely bouncy noodles with a splash of spicy chilli oil in the sauce. A regular bowl is very affordable at $2.50, although do take note that this in the picture is the upsized one at a still-very-affordable $3.50. The char siew wasn't crazy fatty, which is totally up my alley.. As for the wantons, I'm really not an expert so I can't say much I guess. I did enjoy them!

As Amanda showed us around the market after we were done gobbling our food (this was our 2nd stop on her #TastyTastemakerTour), she pointed out that these 2 stalls sell out pretty quick, so come in the mornings to get your fix. True enough, when we were walking around, they were actually closed already 😲
