Crispy caramelized puff pastry topped with Granny Smith, Tahitian vanilla, and cassonade sugar. I love the thin flaky buttery crust, tender baked apple, and crunchy cassonade sugar. The crust to apple ratio is perfect. My family devoured this pie in less than 12 hours which says a lot. Best eaten warm and topped with Vanilla ice cream.
