We didn’t get to try the pudding with brown sugar but it was still nice to have on its own. It’s a teeny bit sweeter than I would have liked and although they call it beancurd pudding, the texture wasn’t really like our tau huey, but more of a milk pudding. Served cold, the texture is the slightly sticky sort!
