Though I don’t celebrate, it’s always a good excuse to eat something sweet. Anyways, Lung Ching Imperial tea sorbet consist of green tea with notes of roasted chestnuts and coconut. An interestingly pleasant eastern influenced flavour that grows on me at every scoop. It’s light and refreshing with slight creamy texture. Chocolat Earl Grey ice cream is rich, dense and a safe choice to go for if you don’t feel adventurous. On side note, never knew that there’s a @twgteaofficial outlet located at Raffles Place.
