Miso SALmon ($20++) features a chunky slab of pan-seared salmon 🐟 - just lightly seasoned so i could really savour the original taste of the fresh catch. 💯 I truly applaud the miso glaze that imparted a nice sweet-savoury flavour, as well as the bouillabaisse foam that screamed umami! 😋😋😋
