Always worth the trek down to Far East, Kra Pow’s Drunken Noodles has a special place in my heart. Immensely addictive, the slick rice noodles takes on an intense heat and umami. Contrary to its name, there’s no alcohol cooked into this. It gets its name because apparently this is a common comfort dish when you’re nursing a hangover.
