Instead of having them plain, we got the Smoked Brisket Biscuits ($20 for 2), which if I may say makes for an excellent starter. The biscuits: lightly-sweetened, crisp on the outside, super fluffy, and buttery as hell. I liked how the housemade BBQ sauce coating the brisket isn't too sweet like the commercial ones, complementing the meat without overpowering it all. Only thing is, the brisket's oddly sliced thinly (almost like shabu meats) so you don't quite get as much of that shiok smokiness as expected of brisket. Would've liked to really get a hit if that savoury smokiness, but otherwise this is really worth a try.
