There's nothing more comforting than the tze char staple of a piping hot bowl of horfun swimming in a moreish egg-streaked gravy laden with seafood. @enjoyeatinghouse first fries their flat rice noodles till they attain a crisp, brown char before pouring on plentiful egg drop sauce and a heapful of pork, fish slices, prawns, squid and shiitake mushrooms.
